The Coral Coast pairs Sigatoka's kava bars with resort nightlife and sunset grog sessions on the beach. Nadi's night markets — with food stalls and live music — are Fiji's liveliest night. - Mosquitoes transmit dengue in the rainy season (November-April) — use DEET repellent
- Kava causes temporary mouth numbness and muscle relaxation — it is not dangerous, but do not drive afterwards
