1. Our commitment
TransitNous is committed to digital accessibility. We want everyone, including people using assistive technologies or browsing without a mouse, to be able to consult our guides on destinations, itineraries, residence and citizenship.
2. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA, as required by Royal Decree 193/2023 transposing the European Accessibility Act.
The site is built with semantic HTML (a single main landmark per page, hierarchical headings, tables with associated headers), associated labels on all forms, verified colour contrast in both light and dark modes, animations disabled via the system reduce-motion preference, and controls sized for touch use.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content (such as the form antispam widget or the newsletter subscription service) is outside our direct control, although we choose providers that offer accessible alternatives. If you find a barrier not described here, please let us know: we will fix it.
4. Contact
You can report any accessibility issue by writing to hola@transitnous.com. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible, indicating the page where it occurs.
