Family Egypt: Pyramids, Cruise and Red Sea
Ten days of Egyptian adventure for the whole family: pyramids that defy imagination, a Nile cruise with a pool and three days of snorkeling in the Red Sea.
Description
This itinerary is designed so that small and big can enjoy the wonders of Egypt together without wearing themselves out. It begins in Cairo with the visit to the Pyramids of Giza: children can ride a camel and — if they dare — enter the Great Pyramid. The Grand Egyptian Museum is a display of treasures that fascinates all ages, with mummies, jewelry and Tutankhamun's mask. A flight to Aswan starts the Nile cruise: three days of sailing with a deck pool, stops at temples — Kom Ombo, with its mummified crocodiles, and Edfu, reached by carriage — and evenings of games and shows on board. Luxor is the main course: the Valley of the Kings lets children feel like archaeologists for a day, and the enormous pylons of Karnak make anyone feel tiny. The last three days are in Hurghada, a paradise of family snorkeling on the Red Sea: crystal waters, colorful fish and corals just a few meters offshore. Ten days the children will remember as the greatest adventure of their childhood.
