Requirements
- Bases under art. 48: work up to 1 year, highly skilled up to 2, education, relatives, treatment up to 1, asylum applicants (duration of the process), stateless persons in a receiving state up to 1 year
- Lawful income covering the subsistence minimum
- Residence only at the place of the stamp
